A Note on the Contribution
We're deliberately not running this event to make a profit — we want to deliver unprecedented value to our exclusive community.
The cost contribution is 1,500€ per person (children ages 0–6: free; ages 7–12: 50%) and covers the full conference program, the desert excursion with all activities, the gala dinner, and lunch on the conference day. Travel, accommodation at the resort (including breakfast), and the lunch before the desert excursion are booked and paid individually at the hotel.

What does the cost contribution cover?
The contribution covers the full conference program, the desert excursion with all activities, the gala dinner, and lunch on the conference day. Accommodation, travel, and all other meals are booked and paid individually at the hotel.
Can I bring someone with me?
Of course – but there are no accompanying guests in the usual sense: every adult on site is a full participant and automatically receives the conference, excursion, and gala dinner, at the full contribution.
Reduced rates apply for children:
- 6 years and under: free of charge
- 7 to 12 years: 50 % of the contribution
- 13 years and above: full contribution
Can I share a room with someone?
Yes, the hotel allows shared rooms. You can note your preference directly during signup.
Who is the Ultimate Experience for?
Exclusively for our customers from the Elite Travelhacking Deluxe Bundle and Elite US Credit Card Services, plus a small number of selected guests. Capped at 50 participants — small circle, real exchange.
Can I arrive a day early?
Early arrival is generally possible and can be booked individually. The official program starts on Oct 3; part of the Elite Travelhacking team is on site from the morning of Oct 3.
What if the political situation changes?
We reserve the right to relocate the venue if the situation changes — with comparable quality. You'll have the option to cancel or rebook free of charge.
