Saturday · Arrival Arrival & WelcomeArrive, settle in, and meet the first faces. The opening is intentionally low-key – no packed schedule, just room for the first conversations.
Getting there – rental car recommended
The resort sits deliberately secluded in the desert – arrival is by rental car or hotel transfer. We strongly recommend picking up a rental car in Abu Dhabi or Dubai and driving directly to the location. Parking at the hotel is free. A rental car is also cheaper and more flexible than shuttle services or taxis. Alternatively, arrival by helicopter is possible (50 min from Abu Dhabi, 75 min from Dubai).

Monday · Leisure & Excursion Leisure & DesertThe morning is yours: sleep in, spa, network at leisure, or work for a few hours. In the afternoon we head into the desert together – for the desert excursion followed by the gala dinner.

Desert Activity
A jointly organized desert excursion including all transfers on site.
Excursion
The excursion leads to a desert camp at a Heritage & Cultural Center. Transfer is by 4x4 vehicles; on site, majlis, tents, and restrooms are available. The following activities are offered on rotation at the camp:
